The program consists of meetings held online over Zoom.
In addition to our 1:1 coaching sessions, I am available via emails or texts, supporting you and holding you accountable between sessions. I also supply you with recommendations specific to your goals, as well as a library of printables related to nutrition and lifestyle. In addition, I'll provide recommendations for recipes, podcasts and books to further deepen your understanding.
6 months is a tried and tested amount of time to form new habits and implement them whilst having the time to experience different life events. I will support your new lifestyle habits throughout this time until they come naturally to you!
A health history is an initial session meant for us to meet and to get to know each other. It's held online for a duration of 45 minutes, within which we will go over your health background. We will also discuss the program and focus on your needs and goals that you would like to aim for, if we were to start working together.
